Insurance: What You Need To Know

While insurance can assist in making mental health care more affordable and accessible, there are a few things to consider. A diagnosis is required to bill your insurance and your records are accessible to insurance companies for verification of diagnosis and services.  This information may also be available to other healthcare providers as part of your health record. This may feel overwhelming and invasive for some, which is why we also offer private pay rates. 

Private Pay

Our private pay rate for individual counseling is $185 for the initial session and $165 per session thereafter. We do offer sliding scale for qualifying clients. Clients who opt for private pay have the security of attending therapy without the perimeters set by the insurance company, do not need a diagnosable condition to continue treatment and have the privacy of a sealed record. Sliding scale rates are available for qualifying clients.
